Pitt Community College – Classroom Building

A new classroom building located on the Pitt Community College campus in Greenville, North Carolina. The two-story building is approximately 44,000 square feet consisting of both structural steel and load-bearing masonry. 

Repair Combat Training Pool Building 236

The work included interior and exterior repairs to masonry walls, paint all interior and exterior surfaces, install gutters, repair pool and pool deck, new HVAC system, new electrical, and add an accessible family changing room.

Repair Medical Instruction Building M104

The work included complete renovation of restrooms, improve HVAC system, remove and provide new floor and ceiling finishes, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, fire alarm system, and incidental related work.  

ARRA Major Interior/Exterior Repairs to Bldg 118

The work included demolition of interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. New interior layout and finishes, new plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems, new sprinkler system and new fire alarm system and incidental related work.
