Pitt Community College – Classroom Building

A new classroom building located on the Pitt Community College campus in Greenville, North Carolina. The two-story building is approximately 44,000 square feet consisting of both structural steel and load-bearing masonry. 

Repair Medical Instruction Building M104

The work included complete renovation of restrooms, improve HVAC system, remove and provide new floor and ceiling finishes, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, fire alarm system, and incidental related work.  

ARRA Major Interior/Exterior Repairs to Bldg 118

The work included demolition of interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. New interior layout and finishes, new plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems, new sprinkler system and new fire alarm system and incidental related work.

ARRA, P-1357, Child Development Center

The work included new construction of a child development center with the necessary utility infrastructure and incidental related work, including playground equipment.

Repair Bathrooms B-4322 (Devil Dog Gym)

Repaired the men's and women's bathrooms, including demolition, replacement of plumbing, stalls, hardware, addition of handrails per ADA requirements, replacement of drinking fountains, electrical lighting, painting, install tiles, and new sinks.
